Bio

As a child I suffered from childhood asthma and eczema.  In my early 20's I experienced recurrent urinary tract infections with no apparent medical cause that were cured with homeopathy.  A few years later, in 1988, I stopped working in the City of London as a Eurobond salesperson and trained as a homeopath. I became the 1000th student member of The Society of Homeopaths, which I took as a sign to continue!  I graduated from The College of Homeopathy after four years of part-time study and 100 clinical hours in June, 1992, three months after the home-birth of my first child at which I was attended by midwives and a homeopath.  I graduated from Jeremy Sherr's Dynamis School in 1993, locumed for several London homeopaths and moved to CA in 1998.  I completed CEASE training with Kim Kalina in 2014 and have recently completed the PhD in Somatic Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, California. I was Associate Faculty in art history at Allan Hancock College, Santa Maria for 12 years and also taught at Santa Barbara City College.  I currently live in Sweden where I teach art in a middle school and practice depth psychology and homeopathy.
